KPD Low Voltage DC Rail Transfer Carts:
The KPD series rail transfer carts use rail low-voltage electricity as power. The power supply AC380V is converted into AC36V two-phase, which is connected to two rails respectively. Then the wheels of the flat car conduct the AC36V on the track to the electrical box at the bottom of the flat car. Then the AC 36V is converted into DC 36V, and then the DC is controlled to adjust the speed, etc. The KPDZ low-voltage trolley can be used on both "S"-shaped rails and curved rails. It can also be used in high temperature environments. A hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the transfer cart. The DC motor has the advantages of safety, flexibility, stable starting, large starting torque, small impact on the reducer, low voltage, and long life. However, this series has strict requirements for railway construction and requires insulation. The rated load cannot exceed 50T. This series of transfer carts is suitable for where the frequency of use is high and the running distance is not too short. The running distance is not limited. When the running distance exceeds 70m, a transformer needs to be added to compensate for the reduced voltage.
KPT Series Mobile Cable-Powered Rail Transfer Carts:
The KPT series of rail transfer carts are powered by mobile cables. It conducts the AC 380V voltage directly to the electronic control system of the transfer cart, allowing it to start, stop, move forward and backward, etc. The cart is powered by a drag cable laid on the ground. The cable line is placed between two rails. The operating system is a low-voltage 36V power supply. The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on a transfer cart. This series of transfer cart is suitable for use in harsh environments, such as high temperature and explosion-proof conditions. The KPT mobile cable transfer has a simple structure and low price, and is mostly used for short-distance material transfer from one workshop to another. Compared with the KPX series carts, its use time is not limited. Compared with the KPD series carts, it has no strict requirements for the installation of the track. Compared with the KPJ series carts, it has a lower cost. This series of transfer cart is suitable for environments with short running distances (≤20 meters), high frequency of use, and low vehicle body height. In the case of short running distances and low speeds, chains can be used to reduce cable wear.
The KPJ Series Rail Transport Carts :
The KPJ series rail transfer carts is powered by a cable drum. The transfer cart obtains AC 380V power through the cable drum device installed on the bottom of the cart. The power of the motor is controlled by the AC control system. We use this principle to operate the cart, such as starting, stopping, moving forward, and moving backward. The operating system is low voltage 36V. A hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the flat car. This series of transfer carts is suitable for use in harsh environments, such as high temperature and explosion-proof conditions. This series of transfer carts has a simple structure and low price, and is more used for material transportation between workshops. Compared with the KPX series, the use time is not limited; compared with the KPD series, there are no strict requirements for railway construction. The carrying capacity is not limited and can be used frequently. If the running distance exceeds 50m, a cable rack needs to be installed to arrange the cable. The running distance of the KPJ cable drum car can reach 200 meters.
KPX Series Battery-Powered Rail Transfer Carts:
The KPX series transfer cart is battery-powered. The battery is installed in the cart. The battery powers the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the cart, such as starting, stopping, moving forward and backward, adjusting speed, etc. KPX battery transfer carts can be used for both "S"-shaped railways and curved railways. They can also be used in ferry conditions and flammable and explosive environments. The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the transfer cart. The DC motor has the advantages of smooth starting, high starting power, small impact on the reducer, low voltage and long life. Compared with KPJ and KPD transfer carts, the KPX series is safer and more flexible. The running distance is not limited. There are no strict requirements for railway construction. The KPX series is suitable for long-distance transportation and low frequency of use. The battery needs to be maintained once regularly. The battery life is about 2.5 years, and the use time after a single charge is limited.
Turntable Rail Transfer Carts:
The turntable rail transfer cart is a transfer vehicle that can run on a 90-degree turning track. Working principle: When the transfer cart runs on the turntable, the turntable is automatically or manually rotated so that the track on the turntable is connected to the 90-degree turning track, and the transfer cart can run on the 90-degree turning track. This turntable rail transfer cart is suitable for circular tracks and cross tracks of equipment production lines, especially for areas with economic considerations and/or insufficient space. In conjunction with the frequency converter and sensor, the track can be accurately docked, with 90/180/360-degree turning performance. The turntable system has the characteristics of smooth transmission, high track connection accuracy, and fully automatic operation.
