Common faults of manual transmission of rail transfer cart

Interlocking device failure: If the front fork shaft, interlocking pin or interlocking steel ball is worn. The wear on the arc working surface of the lower end of the shift lever is too large, or the wear on the dial groove on the fork shaft is too large. The movement of the shift lever ball head positioning pin or the looseness of the ball hole and ball head is also caused by the phenomenon of low-plate manual transmission jumping.

When the desired gear is hung up, the result is to enter another gear: shake the shift lever and check its swing angle. If it is beyond the normal range, the fault is caused by the lower end of the shift lever and the positioning groove with loose grooves or balls. The head and spherical hole are worn too much. If the shift lever of the manual transmission of the track transfer cart swings 360 degrees, the positioning pin will break. If the swing angle of the rail  transfer cart is normal and the hook is not installed or the lower gear is not removed, the fault is due to the lower end of the shift lever coming out of the groove, and the cause of the fall is the wear of the gear, the lower working surface or the guide groove.
