1. Frame assembly: The frame uses a plate frame structure, which is composed of longitudinal beams, cross beams and steel plates to form a "#"-shaped skeleton plate frame structure, and the work surface is paved with steel plates. The profiles and steel plates used meet the relevant national standards.


2. Drive system: The motor drives the reducer, transmits power to the wheels, and drives the flat car to operate. Each component is reliably connected to the main body. The drive system adopts a modular design, with motors, reducers, and brakes in one, and the travel wheel box adopts a pre-installed wheel box design. 2) The driver adopts imported electronic control assembly, which is equipped with short circuit protection, motor overload protection and other functions.

3) The flat car can automatically slow down when passing through the turning section to ensure safety, and can automatically accelerate when passing through the straight section to improve efficiency.

4) The flat car can automatically increase the motor output torque when passing through the climbing section, and can automatically reduce the power when passing through the downhill and straight sections; it avoids the situation of a large horse pulling a small car, and greatly improves the battery life under the premise of meeting normal use.
