KPT series cable powered electric flat car provides power through cables, which are pulled and moved by the movement of the flat car. The AC 380V cable is introduced into the flat car electrical control system to control the start, stop, advance, and retreat of the electric flat car.

Specific introduction of cable-powered electric flat car:

Introduce the AC 380V cable directly into the flat car electrical control system. The cable is mostly located in the center of the two tracks and is retracted and released as the car body moves. The operating system is controlled by a low-voltage 35V power supply. The start, stop, advance, and retreat of the flat car are controlled by the motor and electrical control system.

Advantages of cable-powered electric flat car:

Simple and reliable structure, economical price, convenient track construction, easy operation, convenient and simple maintenance, and low failure rate.

Disadvantages of cable-powered electric flat car:

Occasions where the running distance is not long (≤20m), the frequency of use is high, and the height of the whole vehicle is low.

Introduction to the main configuration of the cable-powered electric flat car:

1. Frame:

The frame strength is designed to be 1.25 times the rated load to avoid deformation of the car body; the longitudinal beams and cross beams of the frame are a combination of I-beams and channel steels of the same size; the frame structure is a frame structure welded as a whole by four longitudinal beams, several cross beams and a work table cover; the car body table is equipped with a detachable inspection hole, and four lifting holes or hooks are provided on both sides of the frame for lifting and turning over.

2. AC motor:

The motor used is a YZ series lifting metallurgical motor with a rated voltage of 380V, a rated frequency of 50HZ, a power of 3.7~7Kw, an insulation grade of F, and a protection grade of IP44. The power of the motor can be selected according to the rated tonnage of the electric flat car.

3. Electric flat car reducer:

The kpt-35T cable powered electric flat car series adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is used for shaft-holding hardened surface flat cars. It has a compact structure, high reliability, good versatility, and is easy to install and maintain. The gears are all carburized, quenched, and ground, and are produced by gear manufacturers.

4. Electric flat car wheels:

The wheels are crane wheels, the wheels are ZG55, overall quenching, the wheel tread and the inner side of the wheel rim are hardened HB320-380, and the depth is 20mm; the axle is quenched and tempered with 45 steel, the bearing seat is ZG45, and the bearing is a radial roller bearing. The axial automatic micro-alignment of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full-load conditions and the deviation of the horizontal parallelism of the track.

5. On-board control box: (If a remote control is installed, the effective distance is 100 meters)

The on-board control box consists of a control box and a control cable. The kpt-40T cable-towed electric flat car control box is equipped with forward, reverse and emergency power-off buttons, and the control cable length is about 2.5-3m. The on-board control box can be stored in the box on the side of the flat car when not in use, and taken out for operation when in use.

6. Sound and light alarm:

To remind other staff to avoid and ensure safety when the flat car is running. Each electric flat car is equipped with a new sound and light warning integrated alarm at both ends of the front.

7. Electric flat car control box:

The on-board electrical control box is installed on the lower side of the electric flat car frame to play a protective role. The electrical components are all high-tech and reliable products. The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch overload protection and emergency power-off control components, and the control circuit is set to a 36v safe voltage.
