KPX battery-type electric flat trolley is a rail flat car powered by a battery. The battery is installed inside the flat car. The power supply provides power to the DC traction motor through the electrical control system to control the start, stop, forward, backward, speed regulation, etc. of the flat car. This series of flat cars can be used on S-shaped roads, curved roads, flammable and explosive places, and ferrying occasions; hydraulic or mechanical lifting systems and other devices are allowed to be installed on the flat car table; automatic remote control can be realized.

The drive model of  KPX electric flat trolley brushless is based on a brushless DC motor and a matching brushless controller, which can easily realize functions such as forward/reverse, stepless speed regulation, and soft start. The motor has a brushless structure, does not generate sparks, and does not require the replacement of carbon brushes. It can achieve excellent load performance, low-speed performance, large starting torque, and small starting current, which meets the needs of frequent starting of electric flat cars and saves energy.
