KPD low-voltage electric rail transfer cart (also known as low-voltage rail flat car), 36V low-voltage rail-powered electric transfer cart, powered by rail busbar, the rail is the walking track of the wheel and also serves as the feeder rail. It is divided into 36v single-phase power supply and three-phase power supply. The ground step-down transformer control cabinet steps down the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V to single-phase (three-phase) 36V, feeds it to the transfer cart through the rail busbar, and then steps it up to single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V through the on-board step-up transformer. Provide power to the transfer cart with a single-phase capacitor motor. Since the walking track also serves as the feeder rail, insulation is required between the tracks, between the wheels and the car body, and special insulation treatment must be done when laying the track.

Because no cables are used, it is safe and reliable, not afraid of scalding, not afraid of smashing, and does not hinder cross-transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, which greatly facilitates the transportation layout of the factory area. However, the track construction requirements are relatively high, and the track insulation must be guaranteed. This kind of electric rail transfer cart will not cause electric shock accidents because the track is powered by low voltage.
