KPD series low-voltage rail transfer trolley
The KPD series rail transfer trolley is a low-voltage rail-powered transfer trolley. Its working principle is to reduce the voltage of 380V power supply (three-phase or single-phase) to a safe voltage of 36V through the ground control step-down system. The power is fed to the conductive rail (the conductive rail also serves as the running track of the flat car), and the low-voltage electricity is sent to the step-up transformer on the car through the conductive device of the flat car, and the voltage is stepped up to 380V to drag the three-phase or single-phase capacitor motor to drive the flat car to run. The advantages of the KPD series rail transfer trolley are that it does not use cables, which is not only safe, but also not afraid of scalding, not afraid of smashing, and does not hinder cross-transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, and can travel on curves and roundabouts. Appropriately increasing the number of step-down transformers will not be limited by the running distance of the flat car, which greatly facilitates the layout of the factory transportation plane.

Maintenance content
Electric flat car maintenance includes checking whether all screws and nuts of the whole vehicle are firm, whether the control performance is good, whether the tires need to be replaced, whether the mechanical system is good, whether the battery capacity is up to standard, and the brush motor is repaired once a year.
Maintenance information
The specific maintenance content is as follows:
(1) Comprehensive debugging of the whole vehicle, check whether there are any hidden faults in the electrical control circuit, whether the electrical connection line is damaged, if there is any, it should be eliminated on the spot;
(2) Adjust the front and rear brakes to ensure that the brakes are flexible and reliable;
(3) Whether the handlebar steering is reliable, whether there is any sliding between the handlebar and the front fork;
(4) Regularly check the battery (once a month in summer, every 2-3 months in winter) to see if the battery liquid level is below the mark. If the plate is exposed, distilled water should be added in time. (Be careful not to add acid, because the electrolyte concentration of each battery has been adjusted according to the ratio when it leaves the factory. Adding acid will destroy the existing pH balance, cause plate corrosion, and affect the battery life.
(5) When using for the first time, pay attention to adding gear oil to the rear axle gearbox. Regularly check the rear axle gearbox for oil leakage, damaged gaskets, and lack of lubricating oil. Replace the gaskets and replenish lubricating oil in time.
(6) Lubricate the gearbox, motor sprocket, and chain regularly. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the use.
(7) Tighten the bolts of the whole vehicle regularly, check for looseness or falling off, and apply anti-rust liquid appropriately to avoid rusting of the screws and difficulties in maintenance during production.
(8) Clean and wipe the whole vehicle.
