The LWP series electric trackless flat cart consists of a power supply, a transmission mechanism, a load-bearing steel structure, a steering system, a walking mechanism, a control module and a fault diagnosis module. We usually choose batteries, cables and generators as the power source for this series of carts. The power supply provides power to the traction motor through the electrical control module system to achieve starting, stopping, moving forward, moving backward and turning. It has functions such as trackless transfer vehicles. This series of vehicles can achieve 360-degree rotation in situ. The cart is equipped with a safety warning and detection device, which will immediately sound an alarm and automatically stop when encountering pedestrians or obstacles. They are also equipped with a fully automatic intelligent charger. The trackless transfer vehicle can also be equipped with auxiliary devices such as positioning devices, clamping devices, and lifting platforms to meet the needs of different occasions. This series of vehicles can be equipped with a PLC control system to achieve fully automatic control.

Working Principle

The LWP series electric trackless flat cart is powered by lead-acid batteries, with a control module as the control core, an operating handle and a remote control as the input means, the table is loaded with goods, the steering wheel guides the direction, and the weight is carried together. The fixed wheel and motor provide the original power, the reducer amplifies the torque and provides power to the fixed wheel, the LED sound and light alarm serves as the working and warning signal, and the smart charger serves as the external power input.
