It is mainly used for the assembly, testing, welding and inspection of large equipment. According to the fixed points of the equipment, it is designed and spliced into a cast beam platform. It does not need to be made into a large platform, which saves material costs and occupies a small space. It is also flexible and convenient to use, and has a high cost performance.

Specific steps for installing the track of the rail electric transfer cart

Put the ground rail lightly on the bracket and adjust the fine-tuning bolts on the bracket to the level of the cast iron ground rail. The bracket can reduce the labor intensity of the inspector. The height of the bracket is generally about 800mm.

1. The buried height of the track should be level with the ground decoration layer or slightly higher than 3-5mm.

2. The fixing method of the track is to fix it firmly with M8 iron expansion nails or nails on both sides of the inner side of the track according to the required spacing (about 500-700mm). The bottom surface of the track must be tightly attached to the ground, and there must be no virtual span gap to prevent the track from bending and deforming after the load.

3. Installation of cast iron ground rails: Use strip bridge plates and level gauges. First level one ground rail, and then use it as a reference to make initial adjustments downwards in sequence. Then cement grouting, and after the cement slurry solidifies, fine-tuning inspection is carried out. After the ground rail is installed, the horizontal deviation should not exceed 1mm within any 1m length, and the total length should not exceed 2mm. The horizontal deviation of the corresponding points between the tracks should not exceed 1mm, and the parallelism deviation between each two tracks should be less than 2mm.
