How to improve the handling efficiency of workpieces through electric transfer cart

In order to ensure high efficiency of handling, we designed and improved this rail-type electric transfer carts . This transfer cart draws on the innovative "two-dimensional matching" concept and solves the efficiency problem in the traditional steel transportation process by deeply integrating mechatronics technology.

In order to better meet the handling needs, the appearance and function are designed according to the actual working conditions and processes.

First, in order to ensure the precise docking of the front and rear handling processes, the transfer cart has customized the table size and installed a roller table to enable flexible operation and automated handling, thereby improving work efficiency.

Secondly, since the operating environment of this transfer cart is a closed indoor space, it adopts a low-voltage rail power supply method, which can not only meet the needs of real-time operation and long-distance transportation, but also has no pollutant emissions, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the production environment.

Third, in order to ensure the safety of the handling environment, the designers determined to install a laser-activated automatic stop device in the center of the left and right ends of the transfer cart through communication with the customer.

In addition, the remote control is also equipped with an emergency stop button. The detection range of the laser-activated automatic stop device is between 3-5 meters, evenly distributed in a fan shape. The transfer cart is about 6 meters long and its installation position can meet the detection requirements.

When a foreign object is detected, the transfer cart will automatically power off. The emergency stop button can be pressed by the operator to immediately power off.

The two work together to ensure that when the transporter encounters unexpected situations, property losses and personal injuries caused by factors such as collisions are minimized.

This new electric transfer cart has brought new changes to the material handling process with its innovative design and environmental advantages.
